I’m Prachi, the founder of Decor By The Way.

For the past nine years, this brand has been shaped slowly - one idea, one decision, one lesson at a time. What began as a personal search for a name sign for my own home soon became a larger vision: to create décor that feels meaningful, refined, and deeply personal.

Decor By The Way is built on thoughtful design and fine craftsmanship. We work closely with skilled local artisans, combining traditional techniques with a contemporary sensibility. Each piece is handcrafted using premium materials and finished with meticulous attention to detail.

Today, I build this brand while also being a mother. And like many who are creating something of their own, I live in the space between presence and performance - between nurturing a growing business and honoring life beyond it. It’s a balance that requires constant negotiation, patience, and grace.

This isn’t shared as a struggle, but as a truth. Behind every design are late nights, quiet decisions, small risks, and moments of doubt, alongside gratitude for the opportunity to create something meaningful.
